Payment Methods/Holds:
Payments accepted through Paypal & Square are subject to a processing fee. To avoid processing fee you can send through Paypal Friends & Family or Zelle Quick Pay.

A 20% non-refundable deposit (per reptile) based on the value of the reptile NOT including shipping is required to place it on hold. In the event of a payment plan falling through, the entirety of the money committed will be refunded except for the deposit amount.

Available reptiles will not be considered on hold unless I am notified of your interest in said reptile, an agreement of sale is made and the deposit is received. Sales are only to be conducted via private message.

Payment plans are acceptable. If a payment plan is for a reptile over $150, a Paypal fee will be charged. Payment plans must be completed within one month of being started and payments must be done on a weekly basis or will be subject to termination of payment plan & reptile will be available to public once more. Payment must be completed 48 hours prior to shipment. 


Shipping:
Shipping is not included in the price of the reptile unless indicated. Shipping is available to the lower 48 states, with shipping price dependent on location. All reptiles MUST be sent in overnight shipping. Any reptiles that have a deposit or are paid off will be held until safe shipping weather is available.

Free pickups can be arranged for customers in Fort Hood, TX area. The purchased reptile must be paid off 48 hours prior to delivery or meeting.

Guarantees:
I provide live-arrival guarantee for all purchases! I must be contacted within 30 minutes of the package being delivered or else the subsequent health guarantee is dropped (as I have no idea of the care the package/enclosed reptile is receiving once it is received).

 

If shipped Fedex Hub-to-Hub, pickup must be within 3 hours of arrival at Fedex Hub. I still must be contacted within 30 minutes of the package being picked up. 

 

A 48 hour health guarantee is available if I am properly contacted on the condition of the reptile; this strictly covers cases of illness, genetic issues or random death. Beyond 48 hours, we cannot be held responsible. No exceptions. If any unfortunate event happens during shipping and your reptile arrives DOA, a 10% off coupon in addition to a credit will be issued for a future purchase. Refunds as never given. Sorry, no exceptions.

In the case of a DOA, you again must contact me within 30 minutes of the package arriving with proof of death via photos, video, etc. Do NOT dispose of the animal until I am given notice and approve of it, or else the guarantee is dropped. In special cases I may require for the reptile to be shipped back to me, in which case I will cover shipping fees.

Tail Loss: 

Geckos are known to drop their tails. Because of this, no refunds will be given if your gecko drops its tail during shipping or handling. 

 


All available reptiles are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis. I will do my best to respond to messages in a timely manner and keep my page info as updated as possible. Please inquire via PM, as I may not see all comment inquiries. Once payment is received, I assume you have read our terms & conditions of the sale.
